No. TourForge is a professional tool for working artists. We keep the price fair and include everything — no freemium bait-and-switch.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

Same features either way. Annual billing saves you 20% — you pay for 12 months upfront at the discounted rate.

Can I change the number of seats later?

Yes. Add or remove seats anytime from the Billing Portal. Changes are prorated for the current billing period.

Can I switch from monthly to annual?

Yes. Switch anytime from the Billing Portal. You'll get the annual discount going forward.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days in case you come back.

Do team members get the same features as the admin?

Every team member gets access to the full app. Admins have additional permissions for financial data, settlements, and team management.
