Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TourForge (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including account administrators, team members, and anyone who accesses the Service through an invitation.

Description of Service

TourForge is a tour management platform for touring artists, bands, tour managers, and crew. The Service includes mobile applications, a web application, and related tools for managing tours, finances, merchandise, setlists, crew communication, and other aspects of life on the road.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The account administrator is responsible for managing team members, assigning roles and permissions, and ensuring that all users added to their organization comply with these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

Subscription and Billing

TourForge is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our Pricing page. All fees are billed monthly through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Billing cycle — Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date
  • Seat changes — Adding or removing seats takes effect immediately. Charges are prorated for the current billing period
  • Failed payments — If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After repeated failures, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved
  • Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then
  • Refunds — We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected]

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means without our written consent
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service

Intellectual Property

TourForge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TourForge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The TourForge name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of TourForge.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

User Data Ownership

You own your data. All content you enter into TourForge — tours, shows, settlements, contacts, setlists, financial records, messages, and any other data — remains your property.

By using the Service, you grant TourForge a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service. This includes syncing data across devices, generating reports and insights, and powering AI features.

You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 90 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI Features and Generated Content

TourForge includes AI-powered features (Tour Brain, AI Scanner Suite, and related tools) that generate suggestions, summaries, and insights based on your data. These features are provided as tools to assist your decision-making — they are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or business advice.

AI-generated content is labeled as such within the app ("Powered by Dings"). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TourForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

TourForge is not responsible for missed shows, incorrect settlement calculations, lost revenue, or any other business losses that may result from using or relying on the Service. The Service is a management tool — final business decisions and their consequences are your responsibility.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

We strive to keep TourForge available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. TourForge includes offline functionality to minimize the impact of connectivity issues.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Texas.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice in the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
